MTS software is only compatible with WINDOWS10 or later operating systems. Windows 7 is not compatible.

① First press the shortcut key “Win+R” to start “RUN”;


② enter devmgmt.msc to run the computer device manager;

Stucking at SEARCHING is basically because of computer and clock communication failure. Please check as follows:

  1. Whether the operating system used by the computer is compatible. Software only supports WINDOWS10 or above operating system;
  2. Check if the driver is correctly installed. Please check device manager to confirm.
  3. a bad USB cable?
  4. Check whether the firmware version of the clock matches the software version. Version 1.02 and 1.0.3/1.0.5 are different software versions;
  5. The computer port conflict, try to restart the computer.

The built-in speaker of the clock only supports output of the system’s built-in audio files (such as startup sounds, button sounds and alarm tones) or playback of MP3 files in album/confession mode. Not supported as a speaker.

There is no APP at present. Applications for all platforms (PC, MAC, Android, Apple, IPAD, etc.) are under development, so stay tuned!

Support. Enter WIFI information through the MTS management software and connect. After the connection is successful, the clock is calibrated every hour through the WIFI NTP server.

The clock is equipped with a high-precision RTC real-time clock chip. The clock continues to run when the device is powered off without resetting the time and date.

Yes. The clock supports uploading common image formats, such as JPG, PNG BMP, etc. Please make pictures as required and upload them through MTS management software.
